After completing a job based on a deal, you can transfer values from report fields and other job information to the deal.
In this instruction, we'll look at how to transfer the resolution and its comment from a job to a Kommo deal.
Navigate to the deal settings in Kommo. Create two new fields with the "Short text" type. One will be designated for the job resolution, and the other for the resolution comment.
Save the newly added fields and update the deal settings. Next, proceed to configure transfers for the deal.
Navigate to Planado's integration settings with Kommo by going to Settings → Integrations → Kommo. Configure the transfer of resolution details and resolution comments from the job report to the corresponding fields in the new Kommo deal. Save your changes to finalize the integration settings.
Once a job is completed, its resolution and comment will automatically transfer to the associated deal. Similarly, you can set up transfers for other report fields, such as comments, numerical data, photos, and more.
Let's create a new deal in Kommo and move it to the stage where a job is created.
A job was created in Planado based on it. Let's assign an executor to the job and select a date.
In the mobile application, we'll start the job and complete it with a resolution comment.
After this, information about the job resolution will appear in the Kommo deal.
