REST API and webhooks are available for managing jobs and clients, as well as for retrieving data on settings (templates). Integrate Planado seamlessly with your CRM, ERP system, or ticket system (HelpDesk). Access the API documentation in the demo version under Settings -> General. Employ webhooks to receive notifications about any changes made through the mobile and web applications. Webhooks ensure guaranteed delivery, re-sending notifications at increasing intervals if needed.
Integrate Planado with Bitrix24 or Kommo CRM and create orders for deals. Client data will be transferred from the CRM to Planado. Once a field worker completes an order, the corresponding deal will automatically advance to a predetermined stage in CRM

The Reports page contains statistical data on jobs and performers in your Planado. Here you can assess the volume of completed and planned work, see the reasons for failures, and view the performance of performers.
The required data can also be obtained through the API. Additionally, by integrating Planado with your infrastructure, you can create customized reports and directly manipulate data within your system.
