Assigning a worker to a job from Kommo deal

9/29/2025

This instruction describes how to assign a Planado job executor from a Kommo deal.

This requires adding a new field to the Kommo deal with a list of your employees in Planado.
When creating a job in Planado, the executor will be assigned from this field.

Add a workers' list to Kommo deal

Open the new deal form in Kommo and go to settings.

Add a new field with "Select" type to the deal. In this field, we will specify an assignee for the Planado job.

In the field, specify a list of all possible executors. These can be both employees and teams.

Note that employee names must be recorded exactly letter-for-letter as in Planado. For example, if the employee is listed as "John Smith" in Planado, but you specify "Jack Smith" in the list, the transfer won't work.

Save the field settings.

Now you can add the transfer to the integration settings.

Assignee transfer settings

In Planado, go to Settings → Integrations → Kommo.

Add a transfer from the new field with the Kommo employee list to the "Assignee" field in Planado.

Save the settings.

Now, when creating a job based on a deal, you can select an employee from the list. They will be assigned as the job executor in Planado.

Deal example

Let's create a deal that will assign an executor to the Planado job.

We'll immediately move the deal to the stage where the job should be created, and select an executor from the list.

As a result, a job was created in Planado with the selected assignee.
