Add territory to user

After you have created a list of territories, you can set territories for your workers. This way, workers will be assigned to territories, and when selecting an assignee for a job, you will be able to filter employees by the territory.

Adding territory to a worker

Open the Settings → Users → List.

You will see a list of all your users.

Open one of the users, and their settings page will appear. Scroll down to the bottom under Permissions, where you’ll find a field displaying their territory.

Click on the field to view a dropdown menu displaying all available territories. Select your desired territory, then click the Save and Close button.

This way, you can distribute your workers to all territories.

A worker can be assigned only to one territory.
