When creating a job based on a Kommo deal, you can transfer its address. Let's look at how to do this.
Navigate to Kommo and create a new deal. Access the deal settings and add a new field. Choose a field type such as "Address". "Short Address", "Short Text", or "Long Text". For optimal functionality, we recommend selecting the "Short Address" field type, as it allows you to view the address on a map without requiring extensive data entry.
Similarly, include fields for apartment, floor, and entrance, assigning the type "Text" to each of them.
Save your changes.
You can now enable the transfer of these fields to the Planado job.
Go to Planado.
Open the Settings → Integrations → Kommo page.
Add transfers from the new Kommo fields to the address, apartment, floor, and entrance fields in Planado and save the settings.
Let's create a new deal and add the address "12-50 36th Ave, Astoria, NY 11106, USA", entr. 3, floor 2, apt. 7. We'll immediately move it to the stage where a job is created based on the deal.
In Planado, a job will be created with the specified address.
