Jobs in Planado are created when a Kommo deal moves to a stage specified in the settings.
The settings also need to specify which fields should be transferred from the deal to the job, and which fields should transfer back from the job to the deal after job completion.
Let's look at example settings.
Go to Settings → Integrations. Click the "Configure" button next to the Kommo tab.
If your Kommo uses multiple pipelines, you can configure data transfer from each one separately.
Open your pipeline.
The integration settings contain a list of your Kommo funnel stages.
Check the stage for which jobs will be created. A settings window will open.
From the dropdown list, select the template that will be used to create jobs.
Choose which fields from Kommo deals will be transferred to Planado jobs.
Different types of deal field transfers to job fields are covered in other instructions.
Fields from Planado reports can be transferred to custom Kommo fields. If you don't have such fields in Kommo, create them. Read about adding fields on the Kommo portal.
In the integration settings, specify from which Planado report field the data should be transferred.
You can choose which stage the deal will move to after successful and unsuccessful job completion.
Click the "Save" button when you finish configuring the integration.
Now, when a Kommo deal moves to the "Decision making" stage, a job will be created in Planado using the selected template.
After completing the setup, open Kommo and create a deal at the stage configured for integration.
A job will be created in Planado. Fields from the deal will transfer to job fields.
You can find a link to the job's deal at the bottom-right side of its window.
When the job is completed, filled report fields will transfer back to the deal, and the deal itself will move to the selected stage.
